Freedom Planet

A really awesome old-school inspired sonic-esque game that I've been playing the past few hours and think is amazing!

If you like Sonic 2 and Mega Man, and want a cute interesting story with a variety of playable characters and fun combat mechanics, complete with a green cat riding a motorcycle, then this is the game for you.

Its the best Sonic game that Sega never could be bothered to make.
